Quality
Vendrig’s filling lines, which we have developed in-house, are made entirely from stainless steel and form a closed system. Thanks to sanitary pumps, the CIP cleaning arrangement and extensive process controls, our filling lines are ideally suited to a wide range of liquids (ADR and NON-ADR). An integrated cleaning programme prevents build-up and contamination.
Versatile
The products are transported to the filling lines from our permanent storage tanks and from the mixing plant at our Someren site. Tank trucks can also be connected directly to the lines. In addition to feed products and products for technical applications, we also offer filling services for the food sector.
Diversity
Products supplied in bulk can be transferred to smaller packaging units, and vice versa. For example, bottles, cans, drums and IBCs. We print labels on our professional printers and attach them to the packages. Each shipment is prepared for despatch in line with the customer’s wishes.
